Muldoon and the development team are tasked with raising the annual cash budget for Three Square, enabling continued operational growth until the need for food in this community is met. His responsibilities include managing all elements of individual and corporate fundraising, marketing and public relations, donor acquisition and recognition, and database management among others.
Muldoon brings more than a decade of development experience to his post at Three Square. He most recently served as Director of Development for the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he was responsible for securing major gifts from corporations, law firms, foundations and alumni through Nevada. Prior to joining the Boyd School of Law, Muldoon held key development positions during the UNLV Foundations $500 million dollar capital campaign.
His expertise includes identification, cultivation and solicitation of major gifts; he has a successful record of fostering key relationships, developing new initiatives and meeting fundraising goals in often challenging economic times.
Muldoon holds a Master of Science degree from UNLVs William F. Harrah Hotel College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State College.
He enjoys riding bikes, swimming and traveling with his family wife and local elementary teacher Kelly and two sons Joseph and Connor. Hes an active member of the Parent Teacher Association at Neil C. Twitchell Elementary in Henderson, a Paseo Verde Little League baseball coach, and dedicated Running Rebel fan as well as Athletic Fund Member.
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation pledged $5 million towards Three Square Food Banks 2011-2012 annual budget; three million dollars of the pledge is specifically designated as matching funds, each dollar brought-in will be matched one-to-one now through April 30, 2012. A national model project inspired by Eric Hilton with a grant provided by the Conrad N.
